This is really interesting! I've always believed in the power of whole foods for optimal nutrition, but Dr. Huberman's statement challenges that notion. I'm curious to know more about the specific nutrients he mentions that are difficult to extract from food. Are there any examples he provides in the episode? 9moI'm a big fan of AG1 and a monthly recipient of the drink. There is a noticeable difference after a week or so of drinking it. Energy, sleep, reduced stress .. etc. I use a smart watch that monitors bio, sleep, stress, etc., and it reinforces subjective/observational data. I have NO affiliation with AG other than a consumer ... just thought that I would share my thoughts and experiences.
