🔔 News from Lean@Bilfinger 🔔 We're thrilled to announce the completion of our 5th Lean training wave! Over the past few months, our candidates visited the Bilfinger sites in Dortmund, Aberdeen and Puch, where they gained hands-on experience in: 👉 analyzing processes 👉 reducing waste 👉 implementing structured problem solving Their training recently concluded with a presentation of their project results to their managers, sponsors, process owners, Lean Core Team members and other interested parties in senior management positions. In order to make a decisive contribution to achieving our strategic focus on sustainably increasing #efficiency in the future, our new Lean Experts will continue to deepen, expand and share their acquired skills, knowledge and experience within their organization. 💡 Congratulations to all our candidates on successfully completing the training and receiving their Lean Expert certificate! Many thanks to the candidates who made this journey. It was not just a journey to different countries - it was also a personal journey. It was about recognising personal boundaries and also about how to expand or accept them. You have done that and I hope you have learnt something from it. Please use the lean tools and soft skills tools in your organisation. Remember that we are still at the beginning and it will take a while to make a difference. Many thanks to Maureen, Roman, Piotr and Patrick for supporting and driving this training. We are now preparing the 6th Lean wave and we will see what we will achieve.
