Substation Department Manager

Location – Remote

Salaries range from $160k-$180k plus quarterly bonus, ESOP plan and 4 weeks of PTO

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute and execute the businesses strategic plans.

Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to the team on project execution and delivery.

Hands on approach in building the firms client relationships while also growing the Substation team based on project needs.

Coordinate and lead employee appraisals, project assignment and PTO approval.

The successful candidate must have/show:

15-20 years of engineering experience (must have over 12 directly in Substations).

PE License is a requirement.

Previous Business Development experience is preferred.

Strategic thinking and a mind for expand current and new business relationships.
