As companies grow, they often try to scale their process for managing equity in-house. That can lead to complexity, especially if they have equity-based incentives. DataOceans found that after 18 years managing their equity in-house, they needed a better solution. They tried a number of cap table technology providers, but those providers were unwilling to dive in to the underlying complexity of their cap table. DataOceans turned to Pulley to modernize their equity management, and they loved the experience. Read more on our blog.
