Senior Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations

Compensation Range: $240,000 - 320,000 per year

Cella by Randstad Digital is helping our client, a growing Credit Union, hire an SVP of Marketing, Communications and Public Relations. This is a critical role that will lead the marketing team and greater organization as it approaches an asset milestone.

Candidates should have experience leading a marketing organization, preferably from another credit institution. The company is based in the Greater Bay Area, and does offer relocation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor budgets, strategies, and policies for market analytics, marketing, communications, and social media.
• Develop and uphold organization's brand through marketing, communications, and PR.
• Chair or participate in committees to ensure effective communication and policy alignment.
• Active participation in various meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Manage PR and act as primary spokesperson.
• Develop and implement policies to achieve goals, measure progress, and adjust as needed.
• Evaluate and ensure effective implementation of procedures and programs.
• Contribute to annual project and budget development for marketing, technology, and communications.
• Regularly assess competitiveness against relevant benchmarks.
• Continuously monitor competitiveness of products and services.
• Maintain credibility and provide leadership across areas of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead and develop direct reports and department.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Executive
• Minimum 15 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)
• Proficient in marketing, digital channels, PR, and social media.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experienced in crisis management and collaboration across teams.
• Up-to-date on marketing laws and financial industry trends.
• Skilled in data analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Knowledgeable in online and social media practices and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders.
