Sales Operations Manager (Demand/Forecasting)

Salary: $115k - $130k+ (Depending on experience)

Bonus - (~ 3 months salary)

What You Will Be Doing

This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing systems and processes to support effective demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and sales analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, the Sales / OPs manger will be play and essential part in migration of successful work processes and tolls to other regions of the company..

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing Sales/Ops processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and increase efficiency.
• Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts. Implement statistical models and demand planning tools to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.
• Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Develop inventory optimization strategies and implement inventory control measures.
• Production Planning: Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to develop production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Implement scheduling tools and capacity planning models to optimize production efficiency.
• Performance Analysis: Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the S&OP process. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales trends, demand fluctuations, and operational performance.
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• 5+ Years of professional Sales / Ops in MFG environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Will consider experience in lieu of degree)
• Experienced with Forecasting, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and Supply Chain
