Responsibilities
Interdisciplinary discussion and review of patients for scheduling and treatment
Conducting new admissions evaluations
Assessing potential discharges and communicating floor programs
Providing staff training and updating on patient progress
Designing programs involving wheelchair, splints, and adaptive equipment
Communication with families and facility staff regarding patient progress, updated goals, and equipment needs
