We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Project Manager to join our Human Resources team. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various HR programs and initiatives to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a strong manager with excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Project Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage HR programs that support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor program progress, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of program outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

Strategic Planning And Execution

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to identify and prioritize HR initiatives.
  • Align HR programs with organizational goals and ensure they address current and future business needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to HR team members in the execution of HR programs.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and employees.
  • Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure program alignment and success.

Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct regular assessments of HR programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and use it to refine and improve HR programs.

Data Management And Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to HR programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on program status, outcomes, and recommendations to HR leadership.

HR Operations Support

  • Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for approximately 700 employees.
  • Assist in the management of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR team members in the execution of various HR functions, as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on program or project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or the equivalent years of related work experience
  • HR Certification (SHRM or HCRI SPHR/PHR) a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering HR programs
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NJ or NYC office

NEW YORK PAY RATE: $100,000/yr-$120,000/yr
