Compensation And Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $128,000.00–$191,975.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to boost sales and increase customer reach
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences
- Successfully implement sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
