Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Microsoft partnership alliances and driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for positioning Microsoft products, including Cloud, Azure, M365, and Dynamics, with their existing clients. This role is critical in expanding their Microsoft offerings and enhancing their capabilities in Data & AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Partnership Management:
- Lead and manage the Microsoft partnership alliance, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Microsoft stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor and leverage Microsoft partnership benefits, incentives, and programs to drive business growth.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute the GTM strategy for Microsoft products.
- Position Microsoft Cloud, Azure, M365, and Dynamics solutions to existing clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Client Engagement:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored Microsoft solutions to address their business challenges.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement throughout the sales and implementation process.
Data & AI Focus:
- Drive the expansion of the client's Data & AI offerings, including Data Fabric and Copilot.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Data & AI solutions.
- Advocate for and implement innovative Data & AI solutions to enhance their clients' business outcomes.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of managing Microsoft partnerships and driving GTM strategies.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Azure, M365, and Dynamics solutions.
- Experience in Data & AI, including Data Fabric and Copilot, is highly desirable.
