Here are a few additional tips we'd recommend: - Capture Content: These events are perfect for capturing great content for your social feeds for your new and future residents to see what life is like at the property. - Get the Whole Team Involved: This isn't just the first time your new residents are moving in, but it's also the first time your entire site team will engage with new residents. Move-in is the perfect opportunity to create friendly property-to-resident relationships. - Promote the Next Event: Use this opportunity to tell residents about upcoming events you have planned! This way residents know about all the great things you've been working on to make this semester awesome. We've also found there are tons of consumer brands and local businesses who would love to be involved with the move-in experience as they want to reach students in unique ways.
