The SQuad had a phenomenal week in Philly at Apartmentalize, powered by the National Apartment Association (Naahq)! Not only did we gain valuable insights, but two of our own were recognized for their incredible contributions. Melody Miles was honored for her participation in the NAA Diversity Leadership Program, Class of 2024. Melody says: "I loved representing SQ in the The Diversity Leadership Program class of 2024, attending some insightful learning sessions and networking with great people in our industry." Leonard Wright received recognition for his mentorship in NAA's "20 on the Rise (previously 20 in their Twenties)" program. Lenny shares: "This year at Apartmentalize I really enjoyed the engaging discussions around new technology and ways we can continue to add value through strong vendor partnerships. Engaging discussions with new and old friends." Shannon Failla (She/Her) perfectly summed up the experience: "Going to this conference reminds me of how special our industry is, and it always renews my passion for what we do!" It was a powerful few days filled with: Insightful workshops: We sharpened our skills, learned new strategies, and gained valuable insights to help us excel in our roles. Meaningful conversations: We fostered deeper connections with our colleagues, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
