This week, our summer interns had the unique opportunity to have lunch with our CEO, Franco Negron.  During the luncheon, Franco shared his thoughts on what it’s like to lead Simtra BioPharma Solutions, and our interns had the opportunity to ask Franco questions about his career experiences, his philosophy on leadership, what advice he has for them, and they even learned some fun personal facts about him! It was a candid and lively discussion that everyone enjoyed.

We are excited to welcome ten interns this summer to the Simtra team in Bloomington, IN! They all bring diverse backgrounds and a range of skills and experiences to the workplace. They will be working closely with their managers and mentors on various projects, gaining valuable insights into our operations and the industry. In addition to their day-to-day responsibilities, we also make time to explore what the city of Bloomington has to offer. From the Simtra groundbreaking to the Strawberry Shortcake Festival to Taco Tuesday, the summer is off to a fantastic start!

Eric Holcomb joined Simtra BioPharma Solutions as the company broke ground on a $250+ million expansion of its sterile manufacturing campus.
