THE FUTURE IS BLUE: According to the University of Hawai‘i System, Big Island has the most options to diversify its economy as stated on PMG Pacificmediagroup's online publication Big Island Now.  A new study says fishing, fish farms, boat building, and seafood businesses have major potential to create jobs and growth. The Big Island is especially well-positioned because it already has a mix of ocean-related businesses that can support new ventures.
