Corey educated this group on this coastal art form and even taught us how to make our own sweetgrass rose! We're getting excited for the 47th Annual #CooperRiverBridgeRun and Expo Weekend! The Cooper River Bridge Run is the largest sporting event in the area and the 3rd largest 10k in the U.S. with over 30,000 runners/ walkers participating this year. The Health & Wellness Expo is happening now at the Charleston Area Convention Center with over 200 vendor booths set up and ready to cheer participants on this weekend.
