Here are the best (free!) AI tools that have been super impactful in my day-to-day: 1. Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant If you’ve ever wished you could replay a meeting, This is the tool for it. (Without the Black Mirror vibe 🙃) I use Fathom to catch: - Instructions - Verbal feedback - Specific details Sometimes 1 day later, Sometimes 1 month later. It makes me more focused in calls. And my clients love the recordings, too. It’s a simple way to add value. 2. Claude (via Anthropic) I’m picky about writing. And it's been hard finding an AI that measured up. But this is it!! Most of the time, it understands my: - Tone - Style - Intended message With minimal edits needed. It’s like having a writing partner who gets it. 3. Perplexity This is the best tool to get facts, not fluff. It’s where I go for: - Research - A quick answer - Reliable information Unlike ChatGPT (which doesn’t always share accurate or high-quality answers), Perplexity only pulls from trusted, top-tier sources. And it cites them, so you can dig deeper yourself. 4. ChatGPT This one’s obvious. It's the best one-stop-shop AI tool, Which has saved me hundreds of hours. I use it for: - Feedback - Proofreading  - Brainstorming - Automating repetitive tasks - Summarizing chunks of info - At this point, these tools aren’t just nice-to-haves, They enable me to take on the amount of work that I do. I hope this list helps! Any I missed?

Introverts love remote work. I realized I’m much more productive WFH. No more dealing with: - Office distractions - Endless meetings - Commuting I’ve traded it for: - Flexibility - A quiet mind - A healthier body The truth is that people operate at their best in an environment that works for them. It can be hybrid, in-office, or entirely remote. For many introverts like me, it’s a dream lifestyle. And with tools like Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant, an AI note-taker that fully transcribes & summarizes my meetings, I’ve never been more productive and present working remotely. Remote work isn’t just a new way of working. It’s a new way of living. Are you still writing notes during meetings? If you’re not using an AI notetaker, you’re missing out. The best of both worlds… being attentive whilst AI assists with accurate notes. The problem is that there are TONS of notetakers in the market and some are ££££. I’ve tried a fair few and I think I’ve come across the best. Why is it the best? The free version gives me everything I need which I used to pay for with other platforms. One of my favourite things about Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant: Changing the AI meeting summary depending on your meeting type. You tell Fathom what the meeting was and then it will generate the summary based on that. - General call ✅ - Interview ✅ - Project kick-off ✅ - Product demo ✅ - Sales call ✅ - Sales call using MEDDPICC methodology! ✅ The video is just a dummy call I had with Yan Pallada at Fathom (thanks Yan!). In less than a minute, it had autogenerated information for me that would be useful if this was a live opp. Mindblowing stuff. For ~$20 a user. I’d strongly recommend anyone in sales, customer success, onboarding, etc to try it out. I’d be very surprised if it doesn’t impress you in some way.

At face value, I’m a stickler for deadlines (shout out to my fellow journos!). But in reality, it’s less about the deadline and instead what it represents. When you follow through: -You become a trusted colleague -You become someone who other want to work with again -You eliminate misunderstandings about when the work is due (“next week” can literally mean 5 different days depending on who you’re speaking to) The thing about deadlines is that sometimes they get missed or things don’t go as planned, even when you’re the most reliable teammate — and that’s okay. It happens because we’re human. But — when that happens, it’s important how you react and respond. I started thinking about this idea more last year when I started my business. There’s an even deeper drive to get things right when my business consists of one full-time employee — me. :) Around the same time I started my business, I decided to try Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant. One day Fathom didn’t act as expected — but as happens with technology (like us humans), it can’t be perfect 100% of the time. What I’ve been impressed by is how their team responds during these rare hiccups — and it’s a lesson we can all apply to our own communications. When things don’t go as planned, they: - Take accountability - Send communications quickly to address the problem - Clearly state the solution so that I can feel confident the same issue won’t happen again For those who want to use Fathom as a trusty AI notetaker that will help make your life easier and that you can trust will do all they can to create a great customer experience, you can signup for free (you’ll also get 3 months of Premium at no cost when you use my referral link :) 👉 https://lnkd.in/gmURhb7Q #FathomPartner #DontTakeNotes #AIMeetingAssistant #FathomVideo #AINotetaker #VideoCalls

Your clients hold the key to perfect marketing. Here’s how to use AI to turn the voice of your customers into marketing insights: - Record Every Sales Call:  Use tools like Fathom to capture every word. These recordings become a rich source of data, revealing your clients' deepest needs and pain points. - Automate Data Collection:  Set up a Zapier workflow to send insights directly from Fathom to a Google Sheet. This builds a robust, automated system that organizes data effortlessly. - Use ChatGPT Analysis:  Upload your Google Sheet to ChatGPT. Ask it to analyze data on client behavior and marketing effectiveness. Use these insights to refine your messaging and strategy. Simple. PS: Big thanks to Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant for building the tool and to Romain Blumberger for figuring out how to turn it into a marketing and research tool.
