About us
CADE Estate Winery sits on the striking slopes of Howell Mountain at an elevation of 1,600 ft. One of Northern California's architectural treasures, our state-of-the-art facility was the first LEED Gold Certified winery in Napa Valley. Our decisions in the vineyard and throughout the winemaking process are guided by doing what we feel is right for the environment and the quality of our wine. Our winemaking philosophy blends organic farming practices with modern artisanal winemaking, expressing the unique Howell Mountain terroir. We produce five wines, including a Napa Valley and an Estate Sauvignon Blanc, a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, an Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. The Estate and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignons use fruit grown 100% on our Estate Vineyards on Howell Mountain.

Winemaker Danielle Cyrot of CADE Estate Winery on Howell Mountain said what she’s been able to taste so far has been “fantastic.” “I’m very excited about the vintage. The colors are off the charts, which is always a good indication,” she said. She sees that color only in 1 out of every 10 vintages.
