Our #birgeandheldbrags feature today is Corey Clayton, a longstanding Birge & Held team member. Corey joined Birge & Held as a Community Manager at Lakeshore Apartments in September 2016. In 2023, he accepted a role as District Manager and quickly proved himself, advancing to his current role as a Regional Property Manager over sites in the Indianapolis area. “I love the fast-paced environment!” Corey shared when asked about his role. “I enjoy taking on a variety of responsibilities as well as interacting with people”. When it comes to Birge & Held, Corey said “I love the positive company culture, the strong leadership, and their vision for the future. Dacula's newest affordable community, The Alcove at River's Edge, is officially open!✂ Completed December 2023, this 156-unit community features 72 one-bedrooms, 72 two-bedrooms, and 12 three-bedrooms. At the grand opening last Tuesday, Aetna, a CVS Health Company provided fun gifts for everyone and we had the privilege of listening to inspiring speeches from influential community members who made this project possible.
