About this register

This register contains a record of all infringement notices issued by the ACCC.

The ACCC will consider, on a case by case basis, the use of infringement notices alongside all our other compliance and enforcement tools to address potential contraventions.

Infringement notices may be issued where the ACCC has reasonable grounds to believe there has been a contravention of certain provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or Australian Consumer Law, including:
