About this register

This register contains a record of all designated complaints lodged with the ACCC.

Only consumer and small business groups that are designated by the Minister can submit a designated complaint. Currently, a maximum of 3 designated complainants may be approved by the Minister at any one time.

There is criteria that a designated complaint must meet. We are required to consider and publicly respond to designated complaints within 90 days.

The ACCC must publish certain information on this public register, under the designated complaints framework.
