Our process is extremely selective, and we only work with the best. We assess talent based on impact. We hire at C-Suite, as well as VP and Head-Of level.

    Brand-New Role 🚀 People Operations Director - Series C Consumer Tech £150,000 - £175,000 + equity - Fully remote Why is this role so great? 🔥 Award winning and financially successful business 🔥 Working with a genuinely lovely, down-to-earth, highly experienced, legend of a CPO who wants to spend time developing this person 🔥 Potential for a People Operations leader who has ambitions to become a CPO in the future to broaden out their skillset outside of the traditional People Ops remit 🔥 Loads to do - the CPO who is new is driving a transformation of the People function Who are they? 🔥 They are profitable and are looking to get to $100m ARR by the end of 2023, and they have over 23 million clients globally 🔥 They have won various start-up awards, including awards for Employee Experience and Diversity 🔥 The business has done 5 or 6 M&A’s over its lifetime and now the main focus at the moment is the US 🔥 They are now currently 730 employees globally and have offices in Poland, the UK, France, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa and the US What are the People team like? 🔥 They have just restructured the People function from local to global, and now have 4 distinct teams; People Operations, People Partnering, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition 🔥 The HR team is currently 28 people and currently consists of a CPO and two Directors currently, along with 4 HR Streams: HRBPs, Development Team, Operations Team and Talent Acquisition 🔥 They value teamwork, open dialogue and transparency. They have strong personalities and they’re very business and results driven The role: 🔥 This is a newly-created role within the organisation, reporting to the CPO 🔥 You will manage Org Structure and OKR’s for the HR team and for the business (the most immediate priority), Process and Policy review and redesign, Audit (compliance, GDPR, HR Technology), innovation and HR Tech, Total Reward, Payroll, Culture & Engagement and DEIB 🔥 Your main stakeholders would include HR Leadership and Senior Management on the business side 🔥 In terms of working with the CPO, he loves working with a small HR Leadership team where they can all really collaborate and contribute, this role will have a lot of autonomy, he enjoys being challenged and getting ideas from others. He really likes to give his leadership team an equal voice What we are looking for: 🔥 Ideally, we are looking for someone from a scale-up background, ideally with experience working with an app-based company, Pre-IPO, with M&A experience 🔥 The biggest thing we are looking for is an agile mind, creativity, imagination, and an ability to get into build mode 🔥 We are not looking for a classic People Ops person - we are looking for creativity and an exuberant personality with ideas as well as structure, organisation, numbers and excel skills 🔥 We would consider a step-up candidate if they were exceptional penny@thesearch.com

    We are looking for an ambitious People Ops specialist who is keen to develop into their first Head of People role. The company is a fast-growth Tech business with an important mission and huge ambition to scale to IPO. They are 200+ people globally, you will be the no2 to an amazing CPO, owning everything outside Talent. The CPO is no bullshit, down to earth and gives lots of autonomy. She’s looking for someone that enjoys the pace of a challenging and busy role and likes to make order out of chaos. Working alongside a Head of Talent, you will be managing a team of two (at the moment) with a focus on People Operations, Systems, ER, Benefits and Payroll. You will also manage business partnering and the implementation of strategic projects such as rolling out new Performance and Development frameworks. You will have the opportunity build and develop the team. You don’t need a huge amount of experience but you will need to have gravitas, a sense of hun our and a hunger to develop - for the right person with bags of potential the CPO can teach you some of what you don’t know Huge opportunity for progression! We are currently actively searching for the below roles: People Director – Advertising - Competitive salary + equity - London-based with 2-3 days in the office. Working with new CEO on a turnaround, focused on improving EBITDA and Performance. People Director – Gaming - £130,000 - £180,000 – London-based with 3 days in the office + international travel - Global role, reporting to the CEO and part of the C-Suite, they are looking for a strong leader with a good understanding of Tech/Product, who is data-driven and understands how to get the basics right.
