MAD//FEST LONDON Our Growth Director, Bex Berry, attended MAD//FEST yesterday in London. Here are her key takeaways: 📈 Marketing: The Growth Engine Marketing is the epicentre for growth. We connect to culture and can add immense value to businesses. 🛒 Commerce & Retail Media is Changing Rapidly Retailers are bolstering and building media businesses in their own rights 👽 AI, AI, and more AI! While AI can enhance creative thinking, it’s crucial to remember that AI supports rather than replaces human creativity. People still buy from people, an aspect AI can't replicate—yet! 🖍 Protecting Creativity Ideas are delicate and must be protected. Creativity is a muscle that requires regular exercise to avoid losing. Trust gut instincts and feelings during campaign creation. 💷 Balancing Risk and Creativity in the C-Suite Short-term thinking is prevalent among C-suite executives. Speaking the language of CFOs is essential for success, but we must ensure that eliminating risk doesn’t diminish creativity.
