Thanks - good to know there are ISODD/ISEVEN functions - but this does not answer the question as posed. Can I use these ISODD/ISEVEN function to modify a selection made with the mouse, like shown in the screenshots in the OP?
Thank you, had the exact same problem description as OP, and it turned out the firewall was the final stumbling block in my case; for an Ubuntu server, I had to use sudo ufw allow PORT comment '...', sudo ufw status numbered | grep PORT, and sudo ufw delete allow PORT to manage the firewall permissions for port-forwarded port access
Also, just to clarify - the snippet in this code does NOT open IPv4 properties: it opens either (netwrok interface/adapter) Status; or (netwrok interface/adapter) Properties -- from where "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" settings can be accessed.
@user2956477 - I have experienced the same, and I think it is the following: on my Windows 10, I have about 10 entries in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections; however HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkCards has only 2 entries - I guess these are the real, physical network cards; so the rest in Network Connections are likely "virtual" adapters. So, AFAICS, the real network cards need administrative privilege to show Interface Properties, and that is why for them you get Interface Status first.
Running this command in Administrator Command Prompt does show a "Windows Update Cleanup" entry, though it says "deletes or compresses", and "you might need to restart your computer"
