I cloned a 1TB boot drive to another 2 TB drive.
(1) How can I format Disk 0 to use for data?
(2) Disk 1 has 932.05GB unallocated. What to do with them?

You need to delete all partitions on the drive and format/add one big partition to use for data.
Disk Management might not allow you to delete some of those system partitions, so you will be better helped by using a 3rd party partition management utility, like MiniTool Partition Wizard (or if you're comfortable with command line tools, then Windows' DISKPART
would let you do it.)
You need to Delete the 5 partitions on the drive > Create one new (NTFS) partition.
Right-click on the C: partition in Disk Management and choose Extend Volume, add all the available space and click Finish.
If Disk Management doesn't allow you to extend the C: volume, you can also do it with a 3rd party tool as mentioned above.
