We're excited to announce the first tenants of the recently announced expansion of our STOP SHOP retail park in Subotica. In the coming months, we'll be revealing more about who’s joining us. Today, we're thrilled to welcome: McDonald's Srbija Yettel.Srbija PLANET BIKE CO. The grand opening of the expanded retail park is scheduled for the end of November this year. Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the first Vivaldi Forum Pre-Event in collaboration with Mokrogorska. We're thrilled to have been the first to host this event format and welcome Vivaldi Forum partners and friends to a kitchen party workshop featuring all-you-can-eat sushi. We're eagerly looking forward to the upcoming Summer Vivaldi Forum, happening this week in the beautiful mountains of Tara, in the village of Mokra Gora. Today, on World Environment Day, we are proud to reiterate our commitment to the ESG agenda and sustainable business practices that aim to minimize our environmental impact at each touchpoint. In our STOP SHOP retail parks, we've implemented electric vehicle charging stations, smart benches, and solar power plants at select locations. Our Finance Manager, Milica Djurbabic, attended the CFO Conference 2024. The event focused on three key themes: Digitalization, ESG, and Global Market Challenges. Milica shared her three key insights: 1. "AI saves time and supports decision-making—an essential tool for finance professionals." 2. "Aligning with ESG standards makes companies more attractive to investors." 3. "Serbia's economy is deeply interconnected with foreign trade partners." Milica also valued the rich exchange of experiences with professionals from across the region, covering all significant CFO topics. Povodom Svetskog dana Facility menadžmenta, u hotelu Moxy Belgrade, održana naša treća konferencija pod nazivom’ ODRŽIVOST, TEHNOLOGIJE I FACILITY MENADŽMENT: Gde smo danas?’ Stručni program panela konferencije omogućio je šire sagledavanje trendova na tržištu nekretnina Srbije i regiona. Diskutovali smo o temama koje se tiču automatizacije sistema upravljanja, efikasnih sistemskih rešenja za bezbednost objekata, kao i pitanjima poštovanja ESG standarda i posedovanje zelenih sertifikata iz ugla klijenata FM usluga. Zahvaljujemo se svim panelistima i prisutnima koji su izdvojili vreme da budu deo našeg događaja. Za one koji nisu imali priliku da prisustvuju, šaljemo deo atmosfere kroz fotografije u nastavku.
