JazzCash, a trailblazer in the fintech industry, joined forces with AIESEC in Pakistan at their National Leadership Conference in Islamabad. As the curtains opened in Islamabad, the event sparked transformative conversations around critical issues, including financial inclusion, with 250 delegates from 70 universities across the country. This was more than just your average corporate partnership; it was a chance for the industry to connect with the generations who would shape Pakistan’s future. The partnership is a part of JazzCash’s aim to towards fostering youth leadership. The event brought together emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. JazzCash saw this as a unique opportunity to connect with the youth and explore their perspectives on financial inclusion, especially for women, and share their experiences in financial management during the formative years of adulthood. The focal point of the conference was an interactive session that was accentuated by thought-provoking questions revolving around bringing women into the financial fold. The session delved deep into potential solutions to the challenges around financial inclusion. The youth's heightened awareness of the pivotal role of financial empowerment in shaping a balanced economic trajectory was evident throughout the session. The partnership with AIESEC became a cornerstone of crucial discussions to emphasise the critical importance of financial empowerment. By engaging in meaningful conversations, JazzCash sought to transcend its role as a financial services provider, becoming a catalyst for societal transformation. The partnership between JazzCash and AIESEC, forged at the National Leadership Conference, extends beyond conventional collaborations. It symbolises a shared commitment to nurturing the potential of the youth, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive society. As these future leaders go out to be a part of the formal workforce in their respective fields, the impact of this collaboration will ripple through communities for a future where financial inclusion is a shared responsibility.

On February 4th, AIESEC in Pakistan NUST chapter partnered with Simply Simply Sufi XPRS for the National Leadership Conference 2024. Conference delegates discovered their new favorite local fast food brand as 250 units of delicious burgers and the brand’s local soft drinks were distributed among them! These delegates were from all corners of Pakistan and testified that an all-local option was a much-needed value proposition in the market right now. It is safe to say that, with the youth increasingly boycotting certain brands in favor of local options, Simply Sufi XPRS has truly marked its presence and become a favorite! AIESEC Pakistan prides itself on partnering with like-minded organizations and brands. It has since its inception advocated for global peace (SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) and joined hands with other organizations trying to do the same (SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals). Therefore, the in-kind sponsorship by Simply Sufi XPRS, for the National Leadership Conference by AIESEC in NUST, meant to both parties more than the material outcome.
