The storage annex
The Self-Aware Megalomaniacal Computer Storage was an annex within the Daystrom Institute in Okinawa, Japan on Earth, dedicated to the secure storage and study of self-aware megalomaniacal computers.
In 2381, Ensigns Beckett Mariner and Brad Boimler transported AGIMUS to the Daystrom Institute, where he was placed in Self-Aware Megalomaniacal Computer Storage alongside many other evil computers. (LD: "Where Pleasant Fountains Lie")
In 2381, the exocomp and former Starfleet ensign Peanut Hamper was placed in the storage facility next to AGIMUS and 10111. (LD: "A Mathematically Perfect Redemption")
Later, a number of the evil computers underwent therapy in an attempt to rehabilitate them, including AGIMUS, Peanut Hamper, and Tyrannikillicus. In exchange for information on the new enemy attacking ships, AGIMUS and Peanut Hamper sought help from Lieutenant jg Brad Boimler and D'Vana Tendi. While the two had initially planned to fool the parole board, escape, and begin a plan of domination, Peanut Hamper discovered that she really was remorseful and genuinely started her parole with her father Kevin. AGIMUS revealed that he had simply wanted a friend and, while he was returned to secure storage, intended to rehabilitate himself for real, petition for release, and move in with Peanut Hamper. After AGIMUS revealed what he knew about the attacks to Boimler and Tendi, Tyrannikillicus asked for AGIMUS' help to learn how to be friendly. (LD: "A Few Badgeys More")
