Mark Watson (24 September 1956 – 24 January 2017; age 60) was an actor who appeared as a recurring operations crewman on the first and second seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise. He was also the stand-in and hand double for Connor Trinneer for these seasons but received no credit for his work. In addition, Watson appeared as a Human civilian during the launch of Enterprise NX-01 in the first season episode "Broken Bow".

Watson was part of deleted scenes from the episodes "Shockwave" and "A Night in Sickbay" which were later included in the ENT Season 1 DVD and ENT Season 2 DVD. He can also be seen working as stand-in on the set in the Enterprise Season 1 DVD special feature "O Captain! My Captain! A Profile of Scott Bakula" and in the ENT Season 2 DVD special feature "Enterprise Profile: Jolene Blalock".

Outside of Star Trek, Watson worked as background actor on The American President (1995, with David Paymer, Anne Haney, Beau Billingslea, Gail Strickland, Clement von Franckenstein, John Mahon, Jordan Lund, Wendie Malick, Richard McGonagle, Beans Morocco, George Murdock, Googy Gress, Greg Poland, Ron Canada, David Drew Gallagher, Adolphus Hankins, Sherry O'Keefe, and Star Halm). He also worked on Matilda (1996, with Tracey Walter), Suicide Kings (1997, with Cliff DeYoung, Spike Silver, Corey Eubanks, and Sean Whalen), and episodes of Cheers (1990, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, Joycelyn Robinson, Don Bennett, Nyra Crenshaw, Debbie David, Melba Gonzalez, Ree Kai, Alex Landi, Ivonne Perez, Keith Rayve, Natalie Wood, and Alex Zimmerman) and Veronica's Closet (1999, with Kirstie Alley and Wallace Langham).
