Lauren Lapkus (born 6 September 1985; age 38) is an actress who voiced Jennifer Sh'reyan in Star Trek: Lower Decks.

Lapkus was a regular on Netflix's Orange is the New Black from 2013-14 and made another appearance in 2019, appearing alongside regular Kate Mulgrew, as well as Lori Petty, Michael Harney, and Phumzile Sitole. In 2016, she appeared in Opening Night with Paul Scheer, guest-starred in the episode "Bye Bye Boo Boo" of Bob's Burgers with Sarah Silverman, and was a co-host of The Earliest Show, featuring Eugene Cordero. In 2018, she appeared in Dog Days with Tig Notaro. From 2016-20, she has appeared in American Dad with Seth MacFarlane. In 2018, she appeared in Good Girls Get High with Danny Pudi. From 2018-20, she was regular cast in Harvey Girls Forever!, alongside Pudi, Jack Quaid, and Dee Bradley Baker. In 2019, she appeared in Between Two Ferns: The Movie alongside Paul F. Tompkins, which also featured Benedict Cumberbatch as himself.
