This JAG court clerk, who served in the command division, was present during the court martial of Lieutenant Commander Una Chin-Riley. Her duties during the trial at courtroom in the JAG office included inserting the record tape into the computer allowing the charges against Una Chin-Riley to be read. She was also involved with the operation of the recorder, and was tasked with striking the testimony of Admiral Robert April from the court record. (SNW: "Ad Astra per Aspera")

This JAG defender was assigned to represent Lieutenant Commander Una Chin-Riley in Starfleet's court martial against her in 2259.

When Captain Marie Batel presented Chin-Riley with a plea bargain, this defender suggested that she should take it. In response, Chin-Riley thought that he should maybe take a sidebar on the discussion. When Batel told Chin-Riley that she might want to listen to her counsel, she responded that, since her counsel worked for Batel's office, she failed to see the benefit.

He was later replaced as defense counsel by Chin-Riley's childhood friend Neera Ketoul. (SNW: "Ad Astra per Aspera")
