The Emerson was a Federation Type 14 shuttlecraft in service to Starfleet during the early 25th century. It was attached to the USS Titan.
In 2401, Worf and Commander Raffi Musiker took the Emerson, equipped with a cloaking device, to Exo-Port. Upon their return, they discovered that Vadic and most of her crew had boarded the Titan in pursuit of Jack Crusher. Infiltrating the Shrike in her absence, they freed William T. Riker and Deanna Troi and returned to the Titan on the Emerson. (PIC: "Surrender")
This shuttle's name was a reference to Emerson College in Massachusetts, the alma mater of Star Trek: Picard showrunner Terry Matalas and production designer Dave Blass. [1]
