Internally, we have e2e tests that fail without the event flushing timeStamp heuristic in place. This means that this feature seems to be a positive addition and should be introduced with the event system changes (even if it came from Flare originally). This PR puts the changes behind a flag, so they only apply internally on the FB bundles.
I also had to fix two of test suites that call
clickevents in sync – possibly causing thetimeStampof each click to be the same. To get around this, we mock out the eventtimeStampvalue.
