It is possible to do so, in a way that it has the characteristics of a fictional character, including the name? For instance could I make the model behave like the goddess Hera?

Yes you can. You can use OpenAI's Assistant API. All you need to do add the fictional characters details into instruction or file(if details are long) and run assistant with GPT4 or GPT3.5
