⚡️ Phase-Change Materials (PCM) for thermal management of the battery and the cabin of electric vehicle.   📍 This week, MoldTecs France had the pleasure to welcome the MCP+ consortium composed by ARIAMIS, AREELIS TECHNOLOGIES, Certes, ESTACA - Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and MoldTecs.   The MCP+ program, winner of CORAM2021 and supported by the French government, is an innovative initiative aiming at developing thermal management system for electric vehicles. Using heat exchanger modules with phase-change materials, this program seeks to guarantee the same driving range for the HEV and BEV independently of the external temperature conditions.   ✔️ During this day, we reviewed the promising testing results from our functional prototype, alongside the design and patent examination. [BAD HARZBURG PLANT] 🌟 At MoldTecs, we believe in giving back to our community! Once again this year, we proudly participated in the Bad Harzburg youth centre's "School Holiday Pass" campaign, offering local children the chance to experience exciting activities during their summer holidays. 🚗 The kids embarked on a discovery tour… they controlled a robot arm via remote control and were amazed by our production areas, factory premises, forklift trucks, tugger trains, storage areas, and the massive extinguishing water tanks in the catacombs. The participants praised the experience, with some even asking if they could start working straight away. [BAD HARZBURG PLANT] MoldTecs spotlights technical professions. We were thrilled to welcome girls of various ages for an exciting day at our Bad Harzburg production site. They met several employees and explored the diversity of technical professions within our company. They also spoke with women in key positions, learning about their daily roles. This experience highlighted the importance of gender diversity in our dynamic and inclusive workplace. 😊 The day was enriching, demonstrating that technical professions in production are accessible to everyone! The participants also enjoyed creating their own cell phone holders at the folding bench.
