Sweet, sustainable and cost-efficient: the key to modern food production Optimizing energy consumption has become a key challenge for companies that want to operate more sustainably and cost-efficiently. In our case study, we look at how a confectionery manufacturer from Germany was able to significantly reduce its energy consumption and total cost of ownership by upgrading its ventilation systems with our Airpocket Eco filters. Here are the customer's initial results after installing the filters: ➡️Reduction in energy consumption by over 440,000 kWh per year. ➡️Total cost of ownership (TCO) reduced by over €97.000 per year. ➡️Reduction of CO2 emissions by 93 tons per year. Our team in Brazil celebrated World Environment Day with 700 new trees!🌳 We brought our employees and their families together for an event dedicated to sustainability. In celebration of World Environment Day and 70 years anniversary in Brazil, 190 people came together to plant 700 tree seedlings, in collaboration with the Municipal Department of the Environment. We also had great help from children and teenagers of the CIRVA - Friends of Autism organization. The planting took place in an environmental recovery area in Indaiatuba, aiming not only to contribute to a cleaner planet but also to promote environmental awareness and integration through sustainable practices. Roadways were an invention that revolutionized transportation. But did you know that roads can affect indoor air quality? Recent studies show that air quality in residential areas near a highway or busy road can be affected by pollutants from cars. These pollutants are known as “near-roadway air pollutants” and occur if you live within 600 feet of a road that is used by around 100,000 vehicles a day. The pollutants can come from their exhausts, brakes, and tires, releasing volatile organic compounds into the air.
