Yesterday, we had the chance to run a Startup Product Innovation Challenge with WISAG, aiming to incorporate even more sustainable and innovative products into their catering offerings. Here are the amazing startups who presented their groundbreaking ideas: 🥣Wholey: All about better breakfast – Cereals, granola, and smoothie bowls. 100% organic, 100% plant-based, 100% natural, and without refined sugar. 🥣HEYHO: Producer of ecologically sustainable breakfast products while creating jobs for people facing barriers to employment. 🥣Food Dynamics GmbH aka Habbys: Healthy cereals with no added sugar or wheat, packed with protein, and made from local field beans, available in four delicious varieties. 🥣müslify: Sustainable snack stations for workplaces with organic, package-free snacks, using reusable containers to eliminate single-use plastics and reduce waste. 🍰FrohNat: Vegan, raw cakes made from organic ingredients without heating, preserving vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, and free from lactose, sugar, flour, eggs, gluten, and soy. 🫘GOOD CROP: Turning whole grains, legumes, and vegetables into minimally processed, delicious, and convenient pre-cooked products that save time, energy, and waste – especially made for the food service industry. 🧡Verrano: A new natural delicacy based on matured root vegetables 🧀VANOZZA: Plant-based cheese alternatives inspired by Italian cuisine, free from palm oil, soya, lactose, and gluten. 🥚Rival Foods: Producer of clean vegan products like chicken fillets and steak chunks with a patented technology and a unique fibrous texture. 🥩Juicy Marbles: Premium plant-based beef and pork alternatives, offering vegan steaks and spareribs. 🧽fourTaste: Tempeh made from fermented yellow peas and lupins, providing a clean-label, nutritious, and tasty alternative to meat with a nutty flavor. 🌭The Raging Pig Co.
