Your Job Role:

• As Team Leader SAP Utilities (all genders), you will occupy one of the most versatile positions, combining management and operational project work.
• Build and develop your SAP team at our locations in Berlin, Essen, Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg, and on the Baltic Sea, leading it to economic success.
• Actively work on customer projects in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Software Architect.
• Expand and support utilities customer relationships in your region based on the entire SAP portfolio.
• Implement growth strategies through hiring, developing, and retaining employees, collaborating closely with our recruiting team.
  
  
  

What Experience Do You Need:

• Several years of experience in SAP development, SAP architecture, or consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of IS-U or S/4HANA Utilities and project experience in the energy industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a goal-oriented manner, based on motivation and trust.
• Experience in building and leading teams, along with the ability to recruit committed employees.
• A well-developed network in the energy industry, which you can leverage profitably.
