Your mission
As a Supply Chain Manager at inne, your mission is to:
  • Lead the component procurement, supply chain and pricing negotiations for medical devices, including diagnostics and electronics
  • Coordination of all client-specific activities in connection with supply chain processes with internal and external stakeholders (client, quality, finance, customer service, sales, logistics management).
  • Oversee and build relationships with our suppliers and select and develop new ones, identifying the best opportunities in key markets for our partners
  • Coordinate fulfilment services (3PL), custom clearance and overall shipment network
  • Partner with product expansion teams to scale up of new product by defining requirements; assist with identifying vendors; lead RFQ process and evaluations; provide vendor evaluation framework; and make recommendations on vendor selection
  • Work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance and measure against KPI criteria
  • Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues
  • Run a global supplier network for manufacturing design and technology solutions

About you
  • You have done it before!
  • You have set up supply chains from the ground up and fostered key relationships with suppliers (you had them on your speed-dial).
  • Teamwork is your thing: you enjoy working with the product, finance and quality departments to meet customer requirements.
  • You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Supply chain management or Operations leadership role in a modern high-volume production environment.
  • You have university degree in economics or engineering, preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in “end to end” responsibility for implementing a production strategy from proof of concept to series production ramp-up applying modern tools and a network of experts.
  • You have experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing including dynamic planning & execution during production ramp-up.
  • Experience working with medical devices and regulated products, PCBA and procurement of electrical components is a plus.
