Job Description

As a Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) you are spearheading our mission of data-driven workforce and HR transformation with our Enterprise customers. In close partnership with our Sales Team, you will consult our strategic prospects and customers and have full responsibility for their end-to-end value journey - from identifying potential to positioning solutions with C-level executives. As our clients trusted advisor, you help them identify growth opportunities, achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using Flip.

• analyse the status quo on topics relating to HR, operations, communication and digitalization
• identify use cases with high value creation potential and develop suitable solution concepts
• convince key stakeholders of the added value of Flip and the introduction of the software
• are a specialist and trusted advisor for our enterprise companies with 15,000+ employees
• build relationships with our potential customers and all stakeholders within the organization and support their complex specialist areas
• manage and design the cooperation with customers independently and contribute your expertise to the further development of the Flip organization
• provide feedback to our R&D teams to enhance the Flip App based on new use cases
  
  

Qualifications

What you bring to the table

You...

• bring 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT / Management consulting, preferably with a Business Software / SaaS Provider or a leading Consultancy
• have strong experience in working with Vice-President and C-Level of large companies
• enjoy structured and transparent project management with a large number of internal and external stakeholders as part of your daily routine
• have a very strong hands-on mentality, work things out and implement them
• are a pro in Excel, PowerPoint and other common software tools
• have very good German and English skills
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in the SaaS industry and a knack for tech
• Experience in startups or highly scaling companies
