You Are:


A driven, entrepreneurial Senior Partner Sales Executive – Telecom GER/ EU who has a passion for technology enabled change, driving revenue and transforming business. This role is responsible for driving outbound partner sales activities for Telecom Sector in Germany and EU.


The Opportunity:


The Senior Partner Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue with Tier1 and Tier2 Telecom operators in Germany and in Europe through partner eco-system. The activities include partner management, identifying leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about the product or service and building strong partner sales pipeline.


The candidate should exhibit strong sales and partner management aptitude and industry understanding by building relationships with current and prospective partners for joint GTM and mutually beneficial wins.



  • Understands the Telecom partner eco-system, market trends, customer drivers and able to communicate the UST approach and value proposition to partners and customers.
  • Manages and executes a strategic plan for driving sales through key eco-system partners.
  • Coordinates internally and externally with extended teams and holds self and the team accountable for executing on plans and meeting customer needs
  • Outlines revenue targets to deliver on partners and account plans; orchestrates extended team and embraces partners to scale business
  • Effectively partners with hybrid teams internally
  • Work closely with team members to develop market intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement
  • Ensures line-of-business wins are captured (e.g., testimonials) for referencing.



What you need:


  • 5-10 years’ experience of partner sales/sales within new accounts within the cloud and digital transformation domain.
  • Experience of selling into the Telecommunication sector in Germany with/through partners. EU Experience is an advantage.
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills with a talent for compelling storytelling and the innate ability to make the complex simple
  • Good understanding of digital transformation and competitors in the space
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business so value can be provided by UST
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Should be a self-starter, self-motivated and promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.).
