Who are we?

The new department 602 Finance Systems Transformation is responsible for overall program governance & execution of the SHAPE+ Program, a cross-divisional Finance ERP Platform transformation program, reporting to our Group CFO. SHAPE+ aims at driving standardization and automation of core Accounting and Cost Accounting processes as well as master data management for Post & Parcel, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce & Group Functions through the implementation of a new Finance ERP platform with respective system consolidations.

Our vision is to have the most advanced, most efficient and innovative Finance ERP platform established that supports capabilities like continuous accounting as well as real-time data processing & analytics.

As Senior Expert, Support Community & Tools (f/m/x), Dept. 602, what are your tasks and how can you be a differentiating success factor for our team?

Our process and platform teams rely on you to drive the continuous improvement of the run support across all levels and layers (functional & technical). Therefore, you define and agree on holistic target frameworks (OKRs, ITSM KPIs) together with the various internal and external service providers. The overall objective is to increase the customer satisfaction by improving the resolution quality and speed measurably (NPS Surveys, ServiceNow, Splunk, Celonis). At the same time, you aim to boost the efficiency and address the root-causes of issues in a structured fashion (Confluence, Jira, Power Automate).

You establish the “Power User Community” and enable them to be an integral part of the support structures and a source for ideas. With your charming personality, you facilitate the “come-togethers” to be a collaborative and agile environment acting as an incubator for

• open and “hands-on” discussions on process and platform as well as run support performance,
• radically new approaches to innovate the Finance Domain using latest technologies (e.g., AI, Sustainability / ESG)

A must?

University Degree in Business Informatics (or similar), a proven track record driving continuous improvement in a large enterprise and fast changing ERP Transformation Project, superior English skills (German a plus) and relocating to the Bonn/Cologne area if necessary.
