To continually enhance their ENT medical technology profile, they aim to expand and optimise their product and service offerings. Therefore, they are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management or head of Product Management to support this goal.

Tasks:
Actively shaping the company culture and continuously strengthening employee identification
Control, leadership, support of the product management team and further development of the competency profiles of colleagues
Product lifecycle management and further development of the entire portfolio, in collaboration with clinical partners, company departments and suppliers
Creation of launch and in-market management plans for relevant product groups in collaboration with the product management team and other specialist departments, with special attention to the US market
Further development of clinical marketing and training materials for face-to-face events and remote applications
Finding solutions to operational challenges of the product portfolio through prioritization, planning of measures and tracking of activities
Content and product-related responsibility for trade events and online presence
Expansion of key opinion leader management
Participation in global M&A projects
Your Profile:
Enjoyment of working in a team, humour and the desire to question the status quo and initiate meaningful measures that promise sustainable value creation
Completed training or studies
At least five years of professional experience in medical device management, ideally in the ENT field
Strong organisational skills, project management and negotiation skills
Leadership experience, as well as strong empathy and communication skills
Proficient in German and English
