Product Owner - Health Services (m/f/d)

About the role

As Product Owner – Health Services (m/f/d), you are responsible for the functional expansion of the eRx DocMorris software platform aligning between the technical concept, customer benefits and financial benefits for the company.

Tasks

• Oversee the development and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-prescription and health related subscription and health management services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
• Expand DocMorris health services to integrate with upcoming improvements in Digital Health including "elektronische Patientenakte (ePA)", Digital Health ID, and others
• Work closely with pharmacists, your development team, and other stakeholders to ensure product compliance, efficacy, and user safety
• Define and prioritise features and enhancements based on research, user feedback, and business goals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and identify areas for optimisation
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the product meets the needs and preferences of healthcare providers and patients
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally
• Follow the trends of the industry & bring value and vision to the product

Strengths

• Several years of experience in digital health industry or in e-commerce
• In-depth experience in the regulatory environment in Germany (2+ years)
• Expert knowledge of Gematik Specifications related to ePa, E-Rezept, Digital Identity are plus
• Product Owner for Mobile Apps in Germany is a plus (2+ years)
• Experience in design thinking/ agile product development (web & app)
• Strong communication skills, empathic, and team oriented person
• (Certificated Product Owner by Scrum Alliance/ scrum.org)
• Fluency in German & in English

Location: Heerlen (NL) or Aachen (GER); hybrid
