    Finally! 🥳 You can apply for the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) now! It's like a job seeker visa, but better 🔥 «Well, why is it better?» — you might ask. Here's why: The Opportunity Card is an improved version of the German job seeker visa and is similar in its mechanism to the American Green Card. With the Opportunity Card you can come to Germany for 1 year and work 20 hours a week. You'll also be able to: 💙 attend on-site interviews; 💙 learn German; 💙 travel in Germany; 💙 become a highly desirable foreign candidate, because you will already be in Germany; 💙 undertake full-time «trial jobs» for up to 2 weeks; 💙 convert the Opportunity Card into a working residence permit. 🔎 If by the end of the validity period of the Card you have yet to obtain a working residence permit, but you already have an offer, the Opportunity Card can be extended for another year. The Opportunity Card is issued based on points.
