Product Owner (f/m/d) Cloud

We are transforming B. Braun into a technology company. The B. Braun Cloud will serve as a lean, highly automated platform for all of B. Braun's digital products, internal and external. This covers all required IT services, such as firewall and networking and provides seamless connectivity, end to end. We also ensure that all regulatory and security requirements (e.g., KRITIS, GxP, ISO-27001, CIS) are being covered.

We are looking for a Product Owner (f/m/d) cloud at our location in Melsungen.

As a Product Owner (f/m/d) Cloud, you have the overall functional responsibility for the Cloud Competence Team. You are responsible for managing the cloud product, representing stakeholder requirements, and ensuring the quality of the product (CIA-model). You keep up to date with market trends, use data to improve the product and pay attention to cost control.

Duties And Responsibilities

• You translate the product vision and strategy for the B. Braun Cloud to functional requirements, in alignment with the company's goals, customer needs and legal requirements
• Capture, summarize and align functional and non-functional requirements with customers and the team
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams in a product backlog to derive a clear product roadmap with long-term development goals and milestones that can be communicated internally and externally
• Work closely with development teams in agile project structures to refine product requirements, plan functionalities, and set release dates
• DevSecOps-oriented collaboration with software architects, scrum masters product team, and software engineers
• Gathering customer and user feedback to make continuous improvements to the cloud solutions
• Communicate product strategy, progress and results to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards (Validation, qualification, data protection and security)
• Monitoring market trends to remain competitive
  
  

Professional competencies

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a product owner or in a comparable role
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and architectures
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Experience in the development of software applications and services, preferably in an agile environment
• Good understanding of IT Service Management and Secure Software Development Lifecycle
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable way
• Collaborative way of working and strong stakeholder management skills
• Very high people skills and ability to involve others and lead and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve product goals
• Very high level of willingness to engage proactively
