Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Berlin, Germany (On-site)

Employment type: Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with R&D to scale up production from lab to commercial scale.
  • Conduct process validation and prepare technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
