This role focuses on the industrial sector, providing strategic consulting services with an emphasis on equipment building, new product development, and renewable energy. Role Overview:

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in advising industrial clients on strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior executives to drive impactful change and deliver measurable results. Your focus will be on various sub-areas within the industrial sector, including equipment building, new product development, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client operations, financial performance, and innovation.
• Leading team of 6-10 consultants.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, understanding their challenges and providing tailored strategic solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the industrial sector.
• Project Management: Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of consulting engagements.
• Performance Improvement: Identify and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients and senior management.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a strong focus on the industrial sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
