What We Have To Offer

As Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at RIMOWA, we offer professional freedom to grow with a leading global luxury goods group. In a dynamic and international environment you will be able to work independently and solution-orientated. You will be part of the growing EMEA HR Team, which is responsible for the employees in the retail stores of the region.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for supporting our employees at 13 points of sale in Italy, Czechia, Austria and Switzerland (approximately 120 employees) from HR side. You will be part of a dynamic HR Team that is responsible for around 400 employees in the entire EMEA region.

Job Responsibilities

  • In close cooperation with the area and store management, you will provide advice and support on all HR topics within your scope of the retail population
  • Contact person for all HR questions of our employees
  • Ensuring employee retention and building stable relationships with the teams
  • Implementing staffing targets and working closely with the local recruiting team
  • Supporting the further expansion of personnel development and employee retention
  • Responsibility for day-to-day HR processes from joining to leaving, including all administrative tasks and LVMH processes (on-boarding and off-boarding, promotions, etc.)

Profile

  • Degree in business administration or economics with a specialisation in human resources or comparable training
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in an HR department or with a personnel service provider, ideally a retailer
  • You enjoy spending time with our store teams on the sales floor and are willing to travel (40%)
  • You act independently, have a talent for organisation and love to keep different balls in the air at the same time
  • You are assertive, have strong analytical and conceptual skills, work in a solution-orientated manner, are an empathetic team player and deal with conflicts confidently
  • Strong communication skills, openness and a sense of synergy
  • Very good communication skills in German and English, another European foreign language is a plus
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
