IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your tasks as IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

  • Receiving and processing IT inquiries
  • Processing and forwarding tickets within the team
  • Employee training and support
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software errors
  • User administration (Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and Unified Communication application)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed it-technical training as IT system administrator (m/f/d), system administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d), computer scientist (m/f/d) or studies in the field of computer science, IT or IT** technology**
  • First professional experience as an IT system administrator (m/f/d) or in end-user support
  • Good basic knowledge of English
  • High IT affinity, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
