IT Application Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Support of our ERP system "proALPHA" and other business applications used
Further development and optimization of existing processes in the ERP environment
Collaboration with system partners on installation, maintenance and release changes
1st and 2nd level application support
Support for existing interfaces to the ERP system
Instruction and training of users (m/f/d) in the ERP processes and the applications used
Creating process documentation and functional specifications
Your Profile
You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training or further qualification with activities in ERP application support
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in ERP systems and application support
You have good knowledge of databases and ideally programming skills
You have a good understanding of business contexts and an interest in optimizing business processes in the manufacturing industry
You are characterized by an analytical mindset and a conceptual way of working
The ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability round off your profile
